I just had towritte anything about this recipe! It’s so quick, easy and absollutly perfect for those days you just NEED something sweet but don’t want to go out or to stay much in the kitchen. I use it a lot for watching movies too! :D

Crocante por fora, cremoso por dentro...

Crunchy on the outside, creamy in the inside...

Chocopots

  • Butter for ramekins
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup superfine sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 400 ºF. You can use ramekins, but if your cups or teacups can take the heat, I suggest you use them insted; it give quite a homely touch. Butter four 2/3-cup ramekins or cups or teacups or whatever and set aside.

Using a microwave oven or double boiler, melt together the semisweet chocolate and the butter. The chocolate burn easily; take care!

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork or a whisk until smoothie. Combine sugar and flour and mix well. Add cooled chocolate mixture, and mix until blended. Fold in chocolate chips.

Divide mixture evenly among ramekins and place on baking sheet. Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes.

Editorial de moda - ZAZ 53

Well, as you might know, besides Beyla, I also work with wardrobe stylist. I’m quite pround of this photoshot in particular, and although it was made in the begining of the year, it was published last mounth by Revista Zaz. This lag haven’t diminish the overall quality of it because this time gap was expected. The diversity of the clothes’ shapes and its use situations and still the color homogeneity are, surely, my favorite features!

Beyla and Bruna Caram

Bruna Caram e Beyla

Bruna Caram’s new CD is already in the stores. Why am I writting this here? Well, besides her incredible voice, I must say that, in her new album (Feriado Pessoal meaning Personal Hollyday), Bruna used some Beyla’s hairclips in the photos! Take a closer look at her MySpace!

Daddy Geek Gifts Ideas

Presilha Borboleta; uma ótima idéia para esta data.

Awful drawing?  Cook something to go with it [like cookies of any special recipe that your dad likes]. No good in cooking? Oh, well, there must be something you’re good at and can give daddy some love! Guinness Stout Brownies are not hard to do and really good as gifts! Well, good look choosing!

Roselle Jam

My first successful jam!

For some time, I’m felling quite a will to make jams, compotes and marmalades, but something kept me away. Perhaps, because of my tomato compote fiasco 8 years ago, perhaps it just wasn’t the right time yet. Last week, I bought a strange looking fruit from in the agricultural fair from an old Japanese man that swore to me that those fruit were ume, a kind of Japanese plum. When I came home and compared ume photos with the thing I had bought, I realized they weren’t the same thing at all! Umes are really plum shaped, while the fruit I had looked like a flower, with 5 petals. On Monday, after a bunch of hours researching which fruit could that be throw discussion lists, forums and oriental fruits index, I decided to something with them no matter what, so I put them over the table while I did my last research. That’s when I daddy appeared and asked “What you are going to do with those roselles?” and I just couldn’t believe “Are those roselles?” and he said “For sure!” That’s it; roselles! In a minute, I found a bunch of roselle [also known as hibiscus] recipes and, the best one, was a roselle jam that I did yesterday.

Novamente, minha geleia.

I got to say that I didn’t all follow the recipe, and even then the result turned out really nice. I put quite less sugar then the suggested, what made my jelly a bit less consistent but quite more sour, what I appreciated a lot!

Maressa usando o pente Gerbera

Maressa with the Daisy Comb

Lazy days lately…I’ve been doing some researches, thinking about new things… For now, nothing that I can tell about those future plans, but I can surely tell some stuff about my present.

I’m posting some of the Asgard line creations for sale; but as those itens are OOAK [one of a kind]! Once one is sold, there is no other like it! The Daisy Comb is in the picture, if you want more details, clic on it!

I found this great kniting manual with great tips of hoe to size and kind of kniting that you wish doing. Now, the less usefull stuff of my week;  ThisIsPhotoBomb is a great blog with some realy funny photobombers [mainly butts, but that's ok] !   The VideoBomb from the Portuguese network is also fantastic!

Well, see you later!

A lot of people say to me every day that the love hair accessories but they “just don’t go” with their facer/hairs. Always that I can, I tell them how a nonsense that is: every one can wear everything, it’s a matter of how. I believe that a lot about right fitting and shape for clothes onto different bodies had been said in TV [a.k.a. What Not to Wear and so on], so I decided to tell you more about how to make you look even prettier from the neck up publising an article on Squiddo. Check it out!
